What do we think?

Absolutely stunning, and just come on the market.  Location is great, ideally placed in exclsusive new development overlooking a quiet beach (yet only minutes walk from the city centre).  2 lovely bedrooms of very high quality and spacious open plan living space with great view over the sea.  Very nice and stylish accessories throughout the suite including the usual large plasma TV and a very clever leather corner unit that converts into an additional bed in 30 second

What do others think?

The best during our trip!

My husband and I recently stayed at Milkwood House during our trip to Wales. This was by far the best accommodation during our trip. It is an immense flat with a great view and awesome amenities. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Whether for just a weekend or a longer stay, I urge you to spend some time here. You won't regret it. I also wanted to say that Andrew was a very gracious host and we greatly appreciate the kind welcome he gave us to Wales. I very much look forward to seeing Andrew and staying at Milkwood House during my next trip to Wales. Cymru am byth! :-)

Really stunning and great location!

Milkwood House was really stunning and in a great location. The apartment looked out over Swansea bay and was close to restaurants and bars, making it lovely for a relaxing weekend away. It's near enough to have things to do- including visiting the Gower, but quiet enough to make doing nothing quite appealing... Inside was really stylish and had all mod-cons- even a few unusual added extras, a real touch of luxury. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Where is it?

Located in Swansea's newest Quarter, the fashionable Meridian Bay

What's nearby?

The beach, the brand new state of the art Leisure Centre, the National Waterfront Museum, the city centre, Swansea Marina, and the National Cycle Route (with one of the most stunning cycle rides in Wales along Swansea promenade to Mumbles).

Why you should?

If you're looking for absolute luxury, next to the beach in Swansea Bay on one side, and the picturesque Marina on the other.  Great for the city centre and all its amenities but away from everything too where you can watch (and hear!) the tide coming in.  Really is the best of all worlds. Also, stay here if you like you luxury and style.  Like the proximity to scenic cycle path to Mumbles, Gower is 15 minutes away and you can walk in 5 minutes to the city centre.

Why you shouldn't?

If you're looking for something budget, then obviously this is not for you.  As it's in the exclusive new Maritime Quarter, I wouldn't stay here if you have a dislike for seagulls!  Seriously though, the whole area isn't finished yet so there is still some scaffolding dotted about, including around part of the Tower, the largest in Wales!
